Care & Alliance offers a wide range of support services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. From daily home care to live-in care, we are here to provide the highest quality of care to those who need it.
All staff are vetted via a robust recruiting procedure, DBS clear, qualified to level 3 and above in health and social care, as well as mandatory and bespoke training provided by the company.
All staff will be inducted via thorough Company Induction, covering all main aspects of care & support, principles, as well as company expectations and standards.
As a company, we will work alongside CQC – Local authorities (Birmingham – Walsall – Coventry – Solihull), Age UK, and Care In Birmingham.
Care & Alliance will also offer service users the portfolio facility to preview the carers selected to work with that individual.
You may also find that your loved one requires extra help with their social development, getting out and about, and meeting new people. The Care & Alliance team is not just available for your loved one’s physical development but for their emotional development too. They can be a friend who will listen to your worries, and a companion to share your interests with. We aim to support people with learning disabilities to live independently as part of their local community, close to existing networks and families if possible. Having live-in support means that people can exercise choices and control over their lives in ways that would not usually be possible if they lived in structured environments such as residential care or group living.
Here you can receive a call, once a week or more if you'd like, where one of our friendly allocated staff members, will talk to you about your hobbies, or something you're interested in, discuss the weather, what you have done that day, or just a chat about the old days, or maybe a sing-song, they can also check that you are ok and don't need anything, or just to listen to you.
